Female Dachshund/Terrier Cross Brown 01/07/14 Cate is a sweet, 5 month old Dachshund/Terrier Cross. Her mother was a 20 lbs. Dachshund mix that was fostered in a home with 5 babies. Cate was adopted out with Elizabeth, her sister when she was still small. Unfortunately, her owners didn't like how big both puppies grew, and brought them back to the shelter. (They are about 24 lbs. currently, but still have room to grow.) Both sisters are very sweet and get along well with other dogs and people. As puppies, they are doing well with their crate training, but need someone willing to teach them some typical doggy manners. All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative, current on vaccinations, dewormed, and on flea prevention. We do not ship animals and to adopt from us you will need to visit the shelter to complete the adoption process.
